The chances of winning an instant win prize are 1 in 629. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the Promotional Period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.

Instant Win Prize Verification, Notification & Claim: Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have provisionally won an instant win prize. Winners will receive an SMS message to the mobile number they input upon entry within 24 hours of their online win. The SMS will contain a unique link to claim. Winners must enter their first name, last name, email address, mobile number and upload a copy of their original itemised till receipt used upon entry in order to claim their prize. Entry and claim details must match in order for the prize to be awarded. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of receiving the winning SMS notification. Winners that submit a prize claim will have the receipt image that they uploaded verified by the Promoter’s agency, Umbrella Risk Management Limited, within 7 days of their claim. If a winner’s claim is valid, they will receive an email notification within 7 days of their claim, verifying their win. Winners that submit an invalid claim will be contacted via their registered email address and where possible will have 7 days to resubmit their claim with the valid receipt image. If a winner is unable to rectify their claim due to not meeting these terms and conditions, then their prize will be forfeited.

Receipt images uploaded must be itemised. The uploaded receipt will need to show the itemised Qualifying Product purchase within the Main Promotion Period. The time and date of purchase on your itemised receipt must match exactly the time and date entered upon entry in order to be valid. Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image. Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, jpeg, tiff, bmp or .pdf format (size limited to 10MB). Each receipt image can only be used once for a single entry & claim regardless of variety and quantity purchased. Receipts must not be altered or tampered with. Any receipts that have been altered or tampered with will be deemed invalid. Receipts that are created or modified using artificial intelligence (AI), or any photo editing tools will not be accepted. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right to reject any receipt that they believe, at their sole discretion, has been created, amended or otherwise not in its original form.

Prize Delivery: Verified Instant Win prize winners will receive their prize by email to the email address registered upon entry. Prizes will be in the form of a See Tickets digital voucher. Winners’ personal details entered on the claim form must match the details used upon entry. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their prize. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize. Prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days of a valid claim.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they check their mobile phone messages and emails to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 7 days of it being sent.

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

The prize winners’ surnames are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to MW Gigs (8427), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter will not be liable to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
